Fendiani WEN

Fendiani Wen joined the SEA/India team as the Director of Investment Support in 2024 and is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Prior to joining Vertex, Fendi was a Manager of the Forensic & Integrity Services team at Ernst & Young (EY) Indonesia. Throughout her tenure, she was responsible for managing and overseeing multiple forensics projects involving investigation, forensic accounting, forensic data analytics, financial crime compliance assessment and improvements (e.g., Anti-Bribery Anti-Corruption, Anti-Fraud, AML/CTF, Sanctions), internal audit, integrity-based due diligence, and internal control monitoring. She has experience managing forensics engagements in multiple industry sectors including FMCG, manufacturing, retail and trading, oil and gas, mining, pharmaceuticals and medical equipment, and telecommunication.  However, she was predominantly focused on and particularly keen on the financial industry.

Fendi holds a Master of Commerce degree, specializing in Financial Crime and Governance from Macquarie University, Australia and a Bachelor of Economics degree from Bina Nusantara International University, Indonesia. She graduated from both degrees with outstanding awards.

During her free time, she enjoys baking and is a fan of travelling.
