Singapore, 18th June, 2026 – Acrab Inc (“Acrab” or the “Company”), a frontier  technology company building next-generation agentic AI compute  infrastructure, today announced that it has received over US$350 million in  cumulative financing throughout its early development.

Vertex, the global venture platform backed by Temasek, was among the earliest  investors in Acrab through its Vertex Ventures SEA & India and Vertex Growth  funds. It has continued to increase its investment as the company achieved  critical technological milestones. The financing rounds also include participation  from a strong group of global venture capital firms and strategic industry  investors.

The continued support reflects Vertex’s growing confidence in Acrab’s vision  and technical strength to build a unified compute foundation for the next  generation of agentic AI. Both the Company and Vertex share conviction in the  market opportunity for agentic AI at the edge: from personal AI PCs and home  hubs, in-vehicle intelligence, industrial operations, to general robotics.

Dr. Ken Phua, CEO of Acrab, brings a global technology perspective shaped  by his Singapore roots, UK doctoral training, and years of leadership in the  silicon industry, including a distinguished career at Arm UK, where he  spearheaded Asia Applications Engineering, co-led global IP strategies, and  later served as co-CEO of Arm China. Over the past decades, he has played a  major role in shaping the evolution of compute architecture in response to the  demands of real-world applications. His deep understanding of CPU  architecture and heterogeneous computing positions him to lead Acrab’s next  paradigm of intelligent computing.
