Hubble Closes Series B Round, Raising a Total of JPY 2.3 Billion

Tokyo, Japan - Hubble Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya, Tokyo; CEO: Shimpei Hayakawa; CTO: Katsuya Fujii; CLO: Tomoya Sakai; hereinafter "Hubble"), provider of the cloud-based contract management platform Hubble, has completed its Series B round with an additional JPY 800 million raised through a third-party allotment of shares to Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia & India (hereinafter "Vertex Ventures SEAI"), a global venture capital firm under Temasek Holdings, and DNX Ventures. This brings the company's total Series B funding to JPY 2.3 billion. With this funding, Hubble will enhance its development capabilities, accelerate product innovation through generative Al, and continue to shape the future of Contract digital transformation (Contract DX).

Funding Overview

In this round, Hubble raised JPY 800 million through a third-party allotment of shares to Vertex Ventures SEAI (headquartered in Singapore) and DNX Ventures, bringing the cumulative Series B total to JPY 2.3 billion. Vertex Ventures SEAI is a global fund with a proven track record of investing in Asia’s leading growth companies, including Grab, FirstCry, PatSnap, and Nium. This investment marks its first equity investment in a Japanese legal technology company.

Since its official launch in July, our contract AI agent “Contract Flow Agent (CFA)” has delivered new features for 20 consecutive weeks. Reflecting the strong expectations and responses from our customers, we will continue to maintain a high development pace and aim for full feature completion by the end of FY2025.

While maintaining rapid development pace. The funds raised will be invested primarily in developing new features leveraging generative AI, strengthening existing products, and expanding customer success and implementation support. Hubble will also continue building its organizational foundation for future global expansion to ensure sustainable growth.
