This is an industry-first collaboration, whereby DBS connects to Nium’s global platforms directly through Swift. For the first time, a top-tier global bank is leveraging a modular integration that seamlessly embeds Nium’s next-generation cross-border payment rails into its existing Swift architecture.
The partnership was marked at a launch event today, graced by Eng Hwa Liang, Head of Banks and Non-Bank Financial Services, Financial Institutions Group, DBS and Sriram Muthukrishnan, Group Head of Global Transaction Services Product Management, DBS for marking this moment at Sibos 2025 in Frankfurt, together with Anupam Pahuja, Chief Revenue Officer at Nium and Alexandra Johnson, Chief Payments Officer at Nium.
