ReN3 Raises US$5 Million in Seed Funding to Scale Enterprise Agentic AI Across Southeast Asia

Singapore, 05 May 2026: ReN3, an enterprise agentic AI work productivity platform, purpose-built for accuracy and deployment flexibility, has raised US$5 million in its Seed funding round, led by Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia & India.

With this investment, ReN3 will deepen its channel partner network, and invest in further product development including its agentic workflow builder and upcoming agent marketplace. The company has demonstrated strong commercial traction with customers including HTX, SBS Transit, SM Prime, Monde Nissin and NAT Re.
