Rohit brings over 14 years of diverse experience across leading organisations such as EY, Grant Thornton, TruKKer, and BeepKart.

He has a strong foundation in audit and consulting, having served as Lead Audit Manager for India’s largest real estate client and worked across sectors including real estate, IT, ITeS, manufacturing, and startups.

At TruKKer, a prominent logistics platform in the MENA region, Rohit played a pivotal role in establishing their Finance Global Capability Center in Bangalore, scaling it from the ground up to a 15-member team. He led the end-to-end finance function including accounting, reporting, compliance, and taxation working closely with CFO (Dubai based) supporting the company’s rapid expansion across multiple geographies. His key achievements include leading the implementation of NetSuite ERP, managing the group’s first Big 4 audit covering 20+ entities, and part of financial diligence for a pre-IPO funding round.

In his most recent role as Finance Director at BeepKart, Rohit was responsible for the complete finance and legal compliance function and led initiatives in strategic automation, process redesign, ERP implementation, and debt fundraising.
