Rohit Dhingra

Rohit Dhingra joined Vertex Ventures SEA & India in 2026 as a Legal Associate, Investment Support, based in Bengaluru and reporting to Piyush.

Prior to Vertex, Rohit worked at Aarambh Legal and Joyce Law, advising founders and investors across a broad range of venture capital transactions, including fundraising rounds, secondary exits, and corporate structuring. His experience spans drafting and negotiating transaction documents, navigating regulatory frameworks such as FEMA, and advising on related corporate matters.

Rohit holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Law from the School of Law at the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, where he also founded Technolawgy, a blog exploring the intersection of technology and law.

Outside work, Rohit plays basketball, cycles, listens to indie music, and enjoys discovering new dining spots.
