Lead Counsel (Associate Director)

Shradha Nigam who joins the Vertex Ventures SE Asia and India team as Legal Senior Associate (Investment Support) and is based in India.

Prior to joining Vertex, Shradha has worked in the corporate and commercial practice at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., Mumbai and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., Bangalore where she has represented marquee PE and VC funds in their investments across sectors in India and recently as an in-house legal counsel to G.O.A.T Brand Labs, which is an aggregator of brands and sellers.

Shradha holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from National Law School of India University, Bangalore. While in college, Shradha led the cultural and fine arts committee of the institution.
